Journal of Sport and Human Performance (JSHP) is published by Human Performance Consortium, a self-supporting organization and does not receive funding from any institution/government.
The operation of the Journal is solely financed by the donations / handling fees received from authors and some academic / corporate sponsors. The handling fees are required to meet maintenance of the journal, and journal system.
As an Open Access Journal, JSHP does not receive payment for subscription. The articles are freely accessible over the internet. Authors of articles are not required to pay a handling fee for processing their articles. Authors are asked to help support the journal, and to keep research open access through donation to the journal. Fees for indexing, storage, and several other things that come along with publishing are needed, so please consider helping, as we would like to be a source that publishes high-quality works, quickly, and without prejudice.
